Synapsoft (Hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establish and disclose a guideline to protect the personal information and to handle the related complains promptly and smoothly in accordance with the Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act



Article 1 Purpose of Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information is not used for purposes other than the following purposes. If the purpose of use is changed, we will request consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.



1. Project Euler @kr membership registration and management

We process your personal information for the purpose of identifying your membership, identifying your identity to provide membership service, maintaining and managing your membership status, various notices and handling complains.


2. Providing products and services

We process your personal information for the purpose of delivering products, providing services, contracts, billing, providing content, providing customized services, settlement, calculations, collection of debts.


3. Product and service inquiries

We process your personal information for the purpose of confirming the identity of the complainant, confirming the contents, contacting and notifying for the factual investigation, and notifying the result of processing.

Article 4 Destruction of Personal Information

① When the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the elapse of the personal information retention period and achievement of the processing purpose, the company will immediately destroy the personal information without any reason.
② Procedures and methods of personal information destruction are as follows:

The Company selects the personal information that caused the reason for destruction and discards the personal information with the approval of the company's personal information protection officer.


2. Destruction method

The company has to delete personal information recorded in electronic file form by using a technological method that cannot be play back, and the personal information recorded in the paper document is stored in a crusher or destroyed.



Article 5 Information subject’s Rights, Responsibilities and Action

① Information subject may exercise the right of the following privacy protection at any time to the Company.

② The exercise of the rights pursuant to Paragraph① may be made through written, telephone, Email, or FAX to the Company and the Company will take action without delay.
③ When an information subject requests correction or deletion of personal information, the company will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
④ The exercise of the rights under Paragraph① may be made through the legal representative of the information entity or an agent such as the person who has been delegated. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney according to Form 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ The information entity shall not infringe the personal information or privacy of the information subject or other person in violation of relevant laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 9 Notification Obligations Due to Policy Changes
